Edraw Max is a flowchart desktop program for Mac system with myriad symbols in the built-in libraries. The sheer number of templates, icons and shapes make Edraw a stand-out competitor in our evaluation criteria for Features & Functionality. Graphic elements aplenty and a robust templates stockpile are one of the selling features of this tool. Integrates with the likes of PowerPoint. They also have an unconventional integration offer where OEM partners can integrate Edraw technologies with their own procust and distribute that package to customers as a sublicence. You can also export your drawings to a variety of familiar file formats, such as Visio, PDF, Word, PPT, JPEG, Html, and more. Some more traditional app integrations would have been a nice touch, although Edraw’s communication with PowerPoint is of great value. Furthermore, some sort of eraser tool would go a long way to making Edraw feel complete.

This product has many parallels with Draw.io, in that it also supports Confluence and JIRA Cloud, but Gliffy is also working on a proprietary Cloud solution to be launched soon, called Gliffy Project. Gliffy Diagram is available now and provides a straightforward tool for creating a very wide variety of chart types online or within Confluence. It also stores created charts into Google Drive, should you use that those Cloud services. One nice twist on this online software tool is that you can install a Chrome version that can work offline, should an Internet connection not be available. What this product lacks is much in the way of object customisation, although it scores highly on ease of use and a gentle learning curve. Read more details on flowchart software.
In the most basic sense, flowchart or flow chart, is a type of diagram that describe processes. These diagrams compose of blocks (often rectangular) that are connected by arrows. The blocks contain information of a single step in a process. In such way, the blocks help keep the content of a process concise. Flowlines, in turn, serve to signify the direction or “flow” of the steps in a given process. Let’s take a quick example: let’s say you need to write up the instruction of the first step to clean your home, which would be deciding whether to throw away or keep an item (courtesy of Marie Condo’s cleaning method).
We’re a small team based in sunny Vietnam. With Zen Flowchart, we wanted to make flowcharts more accessible. We think that current flowchart tools have a steep learning curve that can be intimidating to new users. So in designing Zen Flowchart, ease of use was our #1 priority. We understand that our product’s simplicity might come with some feature tradeoffs, where more advanced features are not available. We do plan to add more features in the future though, so stay tuned! Find extra info at https://www.zenflowchart.com/.
